Pam H. Weber, PhD
Dr. Weber received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1987. At that time, she began teaching at Robert S. Hyer Elementary School in the Highland Park ISD. In 1991, she obtained an M. Ed in Education from the University of North Texas. In 2011, she received a Ph.D. in Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She is married and has two children, Bill & Maddie.
Dr. Weber was employed as a classroom teacher in the Highland Park (Hyer Elementary School 1987-1997, 2000-2005) and Coppell (Wilson Elementary School 1996-1999) school districts. She began working as an Educational Diagnostician in private practice in 1999 and currently works with families in a variety of ways, as well as consults with charter schools throughout the area. She has worked as a consultant/diagnostician in the following charter school districts: Responsive Education Solutions, Faith Family Academy, Advantage Academy, Trinity Environmental Academy, Lone Star Language Academy, Texas Virtual Academy, Manara Academy, and Life School.
When she is not working with clients, Dr. Weber enjoys researching, reading, gardening, watching college sports and spending time with her family. The Weber family enjoys traveling and attending sporting events together.

She is a recent Teach for America and Americorps alumni, and she has 5 years of tutoring, teaching, and mentoring experience. Elina has a passion for learning, and she is devoted to providing the best quality education she can offer to all children.
Ms. White, Marketing and Design
Anne coordinates marketing, social media and web design for Pam Weber and Associates. With over 25 years of design and communications experience, she has a passion for helping women-owned small businesses create and marketing their vision and brand. Anne is very involved with Touch a Life, a care center in Ghana, Africa, she serves as the Committee Chair for her son’s BSA Troop as well as acting President of her HOA. Anne loves to spend time at the lake and travel with her husband Bradley and their son, Griffin.
